autmatically enable bluetooth on the phone

The user should be informed at startup of the Phone application if the Bluetooth functionality currently is disabled; or at least display an error message about not being reachable.
For example, the PyS60 script shell does that when choosing Options->Bluetooth Console->Other... -

Hello,
this feature sonds really good - will implement it as soon as possible.
(Currently the PC application displays an error message when the connection to the phone failed and asks the user to enable bluetooth on the device)
